However, no matter the project, we typically use the milestone schedule payment plan.This type of payment involves the homeowner paying the contractor at predetermined intervals based on any major work they complete.The payment could be weekly or at-least in two weeks.This milestone schedule payment plan is advantageous to both the homeowner and the contractor for projects that last more than a week. For the owner, it means not having to pay the whole lump sum at once, and for the contractor, it makes it much easier to buy materials and pay subcontractors as the project progresses.

• How will you help me visualize the outcome of my renovation project?

  Always a big challenges for many homeowners to visualizing how will be their home after renovation . It is our Job as contractor to help the homeowner picture the changes they’re recommending. We present them with 2D or 3D visualizations to see what we were recommending. This enabled homeowners to make an informed decision based on what they saw, their budget, and what would work best for them.

• What is your communication process throughout the course of the project?

  As soon as the contract signed, we assigned a pro Foreman for your project. S/He as admin, create a group text and invite everyone who is related to the project.S/He constantly communicate with you on the progress of the Job. Thus, sharing information and communicating with Owner and team member is routine.
